After a decade of renovating spaces, Elizabeth hired a General Contractor to build onto her home; in doing so, she encountered a host of interdependent issues for which no one on her self-assembled team of an architect, engineer, GC, and a swath of sub-contractors was specifically accountable. Elizabeth learned custom home building via trial by fire, leading her to pursue a GC license herself.

Recognizing this accountability gap in the market, she coupled her MBA from UCLA Anderson and 15 years experience in Client Management with her expertise and extensive partner list to begin Flow Homes.
